Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Ikkish Prep offers paid subscription plans (Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Yearly) that unlock unlimited mock tests, full analytics, PYQ access, and all student tools. All plans are prepaid and activate immediately upon successful payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are eligible only if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• A refund may be considered if you experienced a technical failure preventing access to Pro features after payment.
• Refunds will not be issued if the subscription has been actively used (tests taken, tools accessed).
• Free plan users and coupon-code activations are not eligible for any refund as no payment was charged.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind or no longer needing the subscription.
• Failure to cancel before the renewal date (we do not auto-renew — all plans are one-time purchases).
• Partial subscription periods — we do not prorate refunds.
• Purchases made using promotional or coupon codes.

4. Digital Products (Marketplace)

eBooks and digital study materials purchased from the Ikkish Prep marketplace are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, as they are digital goods that cannot be returned.

Physical printed books are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us with an unboxing photo as proof.

5. How to Request a Refund

• Email us at the address listed below with subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Email]".
• Include your registered email address and payment transaction ID.
• Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Cancellation

Since Ikkish Prep subscriptions are one-time, non-auto-renewing purchases, there is no recurring charge to cancel. Your Pro access simply expires at the end of the purchased period. You may choose not to renew at any time.
